Senator Robert Klitzkie has finally managed to transfer the $135,000+ he saved from his office budget over the last two years to the Department of Education's Library Resource Fund. This afternoon Governor Felix Camacho signed Bill 12 into law in the library of Agana Heights Elementary School in front of an audience of fourth and fifth graders.

Daren Aguigui said the day's events were "pretty impressive", with fellow student Christiana Williams saying her favorite part of the day was "When the Governor signed the bill." When asked what he thought they politicians did today, 5th grader Alfred Perez said, "They were signing a bill like giving that gives money to the library because right now we have pretty ripped up books and stuff."

Senator Klitzkie attempted to pass the same bill in the 27th Guam Legislature, but was unable to when the Democrat majority voted the bill down.
