Lawmakers recessed session but not before voting on a number of bills that will eventually make its way to Governor Felix Camacho's desk. The bills that were passed include legislation that would regulate the sale of over the counter drugs containing psuedoephedrine, a key ingredient used in illegal meth labs to produce the drug "ice".

Bill 164 also passed, which strives to prevent childhood obesity.

Also passed was the Natasha Protection Act of 2005, which regulates smoking activities. Also Resolution 72 passed, which expresses the unity of the Guam Legislature and the people of Guam relative to war claims for all.
